Hope you are all going well. I’m really busy volunteering 4 days, doing lots of writing and connecting with a lot of interesting creative people. Totally the opposite to my life 12 Months ago, but I wouldn’t change anything loved it then love it now.

We are not in lockdown however Sydney is, we still wear masks on public transport and in stores. My 2nd vaccination is in 3 weeks.

Its cold around 7 degreesC in the morning but most beautiful calm sunny winters day usually a high of 14C, I walk around the block to “work” budgeting 20 dollars a week for takeaway coffee. I decided its one of the things I love the most, grabbing a smooth strong flat white on the way to the office.

I am home early and am really enjoying cooking, my chic pea roti are getting better. Avocados are only 1 dollar at the moment, oranges & mandarins are sweet and juicy around $2.50 kg ginger is still $50 a kg, Even though its winter down here at the bottom of Australia at the top end of Oz its tropical so we get plenty of fruits & vegetables from up there takes about 3 days to be road freighted down to Melbourne but at least it’s available.
